Welcome to the SIVA Youth Volleyball League registration form! Join us for an exciting season of volleyball action, where teams of 3 will compete in friendly matches every Wednesday afternoon from July 3rd to August 21st, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.Our league features two divisions to accommodate different skill levels and age groups. Division 1 is open to students in Grades 7 and 8, while Division 2 is for students in Grades 9 and 10.
The cost is $200 per team. To secure your spot in the league, payment must be made via e-transfer to hello@rexsports.ca Please only send one e-transfer per team and include the Team Name in the note section of the e-transfer.
To register your team, please provide the following information:
- Team Name
- Team Members' Names
- Grade
For students in grades 11 and 12 we would love to have you join us in our adult leagues, more details can be found here: Adult Grass Leagues
